Unity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Chicago
5409 North Magnolia, at Balmoral
Unity Evangelical Lutheran Church, located in the Lakewood Balmoral neighborhood, was organized on November 6, 1905. The congregation purchased the northeast corner of Magnolia and Balmoral Avenues, and the cornerstone was laid in September of 1906.
In November of 2006, the congregation celebrated its 100th anniversary.
